For property management, we charge 10-12% of the monthly rent, depending on the property’s location and condition. We also charge a tenant placement fee of 50% of the first month’s rent along with a one-time onboarding fee of $250. Additional fees may apply, and we’d be happy to provide you with a copy of our full fee schedule.

For tenant placement, we charge 75% of the first month’s rent. Minimums do apply. Additional fees apply if you need us to provide a lease or professional photography.
